New Counselling Room in Sandal, Wakefield. Special offer £28 per session until 30th April
I’m Jill—a qualified therapist and licensed career counsellor. My work is all about helping people navigate life’s challenges, whether that’s recovering from addiction, managing anxiety or depression, coping with stress, or working through past experiences and relationship struggles. A big part of what I do is also helping people develop a kinder, more positive relationship with themselves.
But my path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line. I know what it’s like to feel lost, stuck, or unsure of what’s next. Through my own experiences of change and self-discovery, I learned how important it is to find direction, purpose, and a sense of fulfilment. That’s what drives me to support others on their own journeys—helping them find clarity and confidence in their next steps, whatever they may be.
As a counsellor, my role isn’t to give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly and honestly, without fear of judgment. I’m here to listen, to understand, and to help you make sense of what’s on your mind. I truly believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and heal in their own way, and my job is simply to walk alongside you—supporting you as you make the changes that feel right for you.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to hear from you. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
